We provide Builder’s Warranty Insurance on all jobs over $20,000 in value (incl. GST).

Resources

We have a team of office staff including claim co-ordination, bookings, client service and accounts.
We run a team of in-house trades which is consistently growing. Resolve also own a fleet of work vehicles and operate from a custom-built factory in Penrith.

Technology

Our bookings and claims team work using a job management platform produced and supported by Xero (Workflow Max). Job details and a work schedule are available to our in-house trades and specialised contractors on their own tablets and phones, via which they also upload us the required before and after photos of each job.
Our office and job management software are set up to scale to over 100 new jobs pw without issue.
